## Method 1: Display contrast

If you are using an external display, you need to manually lower the contrast. If you are not, you can try using the `Windows Calibrate display colour` tool.

## Method 2: “Fn+V”

It is very common to accidentally press `function+v` on your keyboard instead of `ctrl+v` .

Simply press `function+v` on your keyboard to cycle through the different colour profiles.
